Council of Academic Administrators Notes:

Motion 1: Course Changes, Additions, and Deletions (Hopkins/Chitwood) - Approved Motion 2: Program Changes, B.S. Hospitality Management & B.S. in Dietetics & Nutrition (Wells/Chitwood) - Approved Motion 3: Program Change, BBA in Managerial Finance (Cyree/Chitwood) - Approved Motion 4: Removal of minor prohibition from the B.E. Program & Statement (Sullivan-Gonzalez/Gershon) - Approved Motion 5: Language Describing Repeating a Course in Plus/Minus Grading Scale - Approved electronically via email vote after the meeting Repeating a Course * No course may be repeated for credit if the prior grade received was an A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, or C unless the course is specifically authorized for repeat credit, or unless a higher grade is required as a prerequisite for a specific course. A student may repeat a course if the first grade received was C-, D, F, Z, or P. [Kept from previous language] - Credit may be applied toward a degree only once, unless the course is specifically authorized for repeat credit. All grades will remain on the student's permanent record and will be computed in the student's overall GPA, except when the forgiveness policy is invoked.
