Approved Version of the Dual Major and Second Bachelors' Degree Policy and Catalog Language is attached. Motion 5: Amend the second paragraph of the proposed language and strike the first sentence and first word of the second sentence in the 3rd paragraph. - Approved (Hopkins/Sullivan-Gonzalez) Motion 6: Dual Major and Second Bachelors' Degree Policy and Catalog Language - Approved (Hopkins/Sullivan-Gonzalez) In the discussion, it was indicated that there are likely to be exceptions to this newly approved policy (which will be effective starting in the 2013-14 academic year) to accommodate those students in the pipeline or other cases requiring exceptions. Taylor Medal List - Approved by Email vote to accommodate the schedule of getting the medalists notified in time for the Honors Convocation (15 votes in favor/ 0 against)

Council of Academic Administrators Notes:
Motion 1: Course Changes, Additions, Deletions - Approved (Rock/Hopkins) Motion 2: Bachelor of Arts Degree - Double counting Courses Policy and Catalog Language - Approved (Hopkins/Rock) College of Liberal Arts Admissions Policy was not considered. It was denied at the Undergraduate Council. (Postponing it would have brought it before the Council at the next meeting.) Additional discussions about this policy are taking place. It is likely to be proposed in some form at a future meeting.
