Additional Minutes Notes
*English Course Changes and corresponding program changes based on these changes were postponed at the meeting given concerns over the strategy being used to change course codes. After the meeting, it was clarified that these changes were implemented using the typical and regular process to delimit course codes. Therefore, course changes were implemented. Program changes based on these changes that were postponed will be considered at the next CAA meeting. ** The BASRA items were postponed because the IHL approval status on these programs was not known. Later in the meeting (see Motion 25a and 25b), they were brought back for consideration after it was discovered that the program had been submitted to and approved by IHL. AFTER the meeting, it was discovered that this BASRA was erroneously submitted as a NEW program, when in fact it was a program change. A correction is being pursued with IHL. Any changes necessary as a result of this correction will be brought to a future CAA meeting.
