1. Petition of Eva Dunn Motion: To Approve Petition to Graduate: Hopkins/Rholes Discussion: See attached details The council discussed previous petitions and discussed whether action on this would set a precedent. The general belief was that action on this petition would not set a precedent given the unusual circumstances surrounding this case. The council contemplated the ability to use a previous catalog and its relevance to the situation. Her record indicates that Ms. Dunn has completed 132 credit hours at The University of Mississippi with a UM GPA of 2.43. Vote: Unanimously Approved 2. Move Council of Academic Administrators Meetings to the Third Monday The Council of Academic Administrators is meeting on the second Monday of each month. This timing makes it difficult to prepare, distribute, and allow for review of the minutes of the Undergraduate Council meeting before the Council meets. It was suggested that the Council meet on the third Monday of the month. Vote: Passed Unanimously
