Greet Provoost was present to discuss the proposal from the International Programs Office to accept selected international three year Bachelor's degrees. Bethany Cooper was present to answer questions about the proposal from the School of Business to accept the GRE in addition to the GMAT for consideration for admission.

1. The Council voted to endorse the implementation plan for the +/- grading scale. Ms. Tara McClellan, representing the Graduate Student Council voted against the plan, noting that most graduate students she consulted were not in favor of the new grading scale. 2. The Council voted to approve the plan to assess three year foreign bachelor's degrees.
