1. JAPN 501 was tabled because the Graduate Council position is that 500 level courses must be available for graduate credit. The Modern Languages department has been asked to decide whether to allow graduate credit for the course, or to renumber the course. 2. At the request of the graduate faculty in the School of Journalism, the courses below in the minutes, designated JOUR 601, JOUR 602, and JOUR 692, have been changed to IMC 601, IMC 602 and IMC 692. 3. The Graduate Council approved the addition of the Masters of Interdisciplinary Studies (attached).
