Dr. John Holleman was present to discuss the proposal to offer the M.A. in Higher Education/Student Personnel on-line. Dr. Suzanne Degges-White was present to discuss the proposal to offer an on-line Ed.S. degree. Dr. Marilyn Snow was present to discuss the proposal to create a Play Therapy Certificate Program.

Additional Minutes Notes
1. The request to create a Play Therapy Certificate Program was denied by the Graduate Council because of concerns about the admissions process, and the supervision of students at distant locations. 2. The request from the English Department to restrict enrollment in most of their 600 level courses to English and Southern Studies graduate students was tabled so that Dr. Kamps could be given the opportunity to discuss the proposal with the Graduate Council.
