The Graduate Council voted to create a third category of graduate faculty (in addition to full and associate graduate faculty) who are only enabled to teach graduate classes and may not serve as either associate or full members of any graduate committee and may not exercise the other responsiblities of the Graduate Faculty without approval by the Graduate Council.
