Dr. Annette Kluck, new Dean of the Graduate School attended the meeting. Dr. Dan O'Sullivan, chair of the Department of Modern Languages, was present at the start of the meeting to make a brief introduction to the agenda item from his department and to answer questions.

The single agenda item was divided into several motions, which were all approved: --changes to 27 courses at the 500-level --2 new courses, LIN598 and LIN698 --changes to 27 courses at the 600-level --changes to 6 courses at the 700-level --deletion of 7 courses
